Actuarial Innovations, LLC was founded in 2009 as an affiliate of  DeHayes Consulting Group (DCG Corp). The company was organized by A. James DeHayes, Chairman and CEO of DCG, and James C. Brooks, a career actuary and former insurance executive based in the Atlanta area.

The new firm specializes in the development of proprietary product and marketing packages for implementation by client companies seeking to create a sustainable differentiating thrust in the competitive life insurance market place. Products will include new features for traditional life, health, and annuity products as well as unique combination or “hybrid” forms.
